Hull York Medical School Graduate Scholarship
Hull York medical school is pleased to offer a Graduate scholarship to any international student applying to any of the postgraduate taught masters programs at Hull York Medical School.
The Hull York Medical School (HYMS) is a medical school in England which took its first intake of students in 2003. The school was opened as a part of the British Government’s attempts (under the Labour Party) to train more doctors, which also saw Brighton and Sussex Medical School, Peninsula Medical School and University of East Anglia Medical School open their doors.

- Applicants must enroll in any of the eligible master’s courses of study:
Eligibility criteria
You may be eligible for this award if you have an undergraduate degree from a previous and separate program at the University of Hull or the University of York.
This award is also available to alumni who studied for an undergraduate degree at the University of Hull or the University of York in previous years and would now like to study a postgraduate taught masters program at the Medical School.
This award does not apply to MB BS Medicine students who intercalate onto the program listed above as they are not at that point graduates, and it applies only to postgraduate taught masters program, and not postgraduate research degrees.
This award does not apply to the PG Cert/PG Dip/MSc in Health Professions Education, where there are existing graduate discounts in place.
Benefits of the Hull York Medical School Graduate Scholarship
The award offers a 10% reduction in tuition fees for the programs listed above for 2023 entry.

There is no need to apply for this scholarship, the 10% reduction in fees is automatically applied.
