• candidates must be attending at a New Mexico college or university for up to one semester in the 2021-2022 school year.
• Is a full-time or part-time student during the 2021-2022 school year.
• Be able to prove that you have graduated within 3 semesters (explain in an essay). What is your preferred graduation date?
• More attention is given to those with financial need
• Official transcripts from every college attended must be provided
