- Postgraduate programmes in Chinese Language and Literature, Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, and Economics
- Short-term training programmes lasting less than six months
- Programmes with duration shorter than one academic year
- Visiting Scholar/Fellowship programmes lasting less than one year
- Programmes with duration shorter than one academic year
- Visiting Scholar/Fellowship programmes lasting less than one year
- Have good health and be aged 18 or above
- Not hold another scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Government, RGC, UGC or other funding bodies.
